Last week, the Blackberry Playbook was announced $300 off all models at participating stores like Walmart, Bestbuy, Futureshop, and some others. Within 2 days they were all gone! Frustrated as I was, I had to accept this truth. The successful marketing stunt got me reading and watching videos of reviews about the Blackberry Playbook and now I am hooked. With the Android Player coming out to the Playbook, there will be plenty of apps to use on it, which solves my initial concern when it first came out.
So today I checked on www.blackberry.com as I have a few times a day, everyday, and they are offering the same prices for sale online, directly from blackberry.com. $199 for the 16gb model, $299 for the 32gb, $399 for the 64gb. At these prices, why would you even consider a Kindle Fire or a Kobo Vox? They're E-Readers not powerful tablets for business productivity!
